-One 8ft-draped table will be provided for your exhibition material.
-If you wish to store your supplies in a locked room at night, please place all materials in Ballroom D each day 

Thursday August 22, 2019 Booths
Please arrive at 7:00am Thursday morning for set up.
If you arrive on Wednesday, you may set up between 6:00 pm-7:00 pm

Friday August 23, 2019 Booths
· Please arrive at 7:00 am for set up

(Sponsorship Welcome Reception) – Friday August 23, 2019
The reception will take place downstairs at the Big Cedar Conference Center
· Please arrive between 5:30 and 6:30 p.m. for set up.
· Tear down will follow the reception around 9:30 pm

Saturday August 24, 2019 Booths
· Please arrive at 7:00 am for set up
· All booths should be cleared by 5:00 pm on Saturday
