Hotel and travel accommodations 

Hotel and travel accommodations will be provided for our faculty and resident attendees only. All other attendees will need to make arrangements directly with Big Cedar Lodge, you may contact KaEllen Kennedy directly at 888-558-6514 to make a reservation.

For those faculty and residents driving to the course travel reimbursement will be provided when you arrive at the course. 

For those faculty and residents flying to the course, please provide your name as it appears on your identification, arrival and departure dates, and frequent flyer number if applicable. Once flights are confirmed all changes/cancellations will be the financial responsibility of that traveler.

For faculty and resident attendees we have arranged a single room, if you are bringing children and require additional accommodations please contact:

Guests and Children

We are pleased to have the significant others and children of our guests attend the ONE Clinics. Due to AdvaMed guidelines we are only able to pay for our physician attendee accommodations from our corporate sponsors. At this time we are unable to provide travel accommodations for significant others or accommodations for children, however we are happy to assist with your arrangements. Please contact Rebecca Smith at Rebecca.Smith@coxhealth.com if you require additional arrangements for your family.

Return shipping can be completed from the conference center, please bring the pre-printed shipping lable and the Big Cedar staff will assist you with your shipment. 

Company representative attendance including scrubs and lead

Our corporate sponsors are instrumental in the success of the Ozarks Neuroscience Education (ONE) Clinics, we encourage them to be there for the entire event and view all the educational content the ONE Clinic has to offer. The curriculum includes a cadaver lab, we ask that our sponsors bring their own scrubs and lead if possible. Our supplies are limited and will first be distributed to the physicians conducting the training.

For those of you sponsoring a cadaver station, we ask that you bring spinal instrumentation for your assigned station, however you are welcome to bring additional instrumentation to highlight if you desire.

If you will be present during the lab, please bring a pair of your own scrubs and lead (if needed).

Clean up: Cox Medical Centers Branson is generously allowing us to use their facility to clean up equipment following the cadaver lab.
